例如在海外的某些国家的银行是没有在国内进行相关业务往来的,这种状态之下需要其他银行进行保证兑付相关业务的展开,这种情况之下就需要选择好Confirmed L/C、Unconfirmed L/C、Sight L/C、Usance L/C)、Usance Credit Payable at Sight这一类型的信用证。如上提到的这些种类在实际应用中又有着很大的差别,举例来说明:

But we hope that you will have a confirmed letter of credit issued by the Bank of Morgan, which can be adjusted accordingly. But if you want to adjust the confirming bank, please do the same before the contract is signed. We communicate in a timely manner.

本次交易过程之中,陆路运输以及在相关保险费用方面皆由我方承担,如贵方希望在本次交易过程之中亲自检查货品, 请提前进行说明,如达成这笔交易,我方将会安排在11月5日左右由大连港发货,贵方可派人到大连港检查货品。

本次交易之中请贵方可以开出保兑信用证,贵方所提及由非洲开发银行开出信用证,我方没有异议,但希望贵方有摩根银行开出保兑信用证,对于保兑行可以进行相应的调整,但如贵方要对保兑行进行调整,请于合同签署前同我方及时进行沟通。

在上述案例中所提及的“We have no objection to your reference to the letter of credit issued by the African Development Bank, but we hope that you will have a confirmed letter of credit issued by the Bank of Morgan, which can be adjusted accordingly.”就是对于信用证的需求,需要注意,在案例中提及的贸易方相关交易往来中之所以会选择Confirmed L/C是因为涉及其购入产品方所开出的信用证为非洲本地银行,因此需要保兑行参与其中,如果是和欧美一些大型银行进行交易是不需要涉及到保兑行的,此种类型流程更为简单,也更为直接一些,在商贸往来中工作人员一定要对相关方在那些银行开出信用证做好关注,如果在安全性方面有待商榷就一定要有保兑银行参与其中。
